Car Club - A brief history

We launched the HartlePower car club in April 2016 and residents and businesses have been reaping the benefits ever since.

On top of this we reduced car journeys as many of our members are choosing a car club over car ownership.

In most cases it is considerably cheaper to drive a car club vehicle than your own. If you think about the amount of time your own vehicle stands on your drive or street parked up.
