HEET (Home Energy Efficiency Tees Valley), a partnership of Darlington, Hartlepool, Stockton-on-Tees and Redcar and Cleveland Borough Councils, has been jointly awarded £6m of Government funding to improve for FREE the energy efficiency of homes which are NOT HEATED WITH GAS AND HAVE AN ENERGY PERFORMANCE RATING OF D-G.

The scheme is open to people earning less than £31,000, but you may also qualify automatically through your postcode, WITH NO FINANCIAL CHECKS REQUIRED.

From insulation to heat pumps and solar panels, lots of help is on offer….with the added bonus that your local Council pays!

 

*Landlords must have four or fewer properties to qualify and they will be expected to contribute towards the cost.

* Eligibility criteria and qualifying postcodes are set by the Government.
