Energy Advice Stall

Seeing a need in the town for free advice and support around energy, we had quickly established a reputation for being able to offer support to people.

Following this we established a stall in the Hartlepool indoor market where Dean would support members of the public with enquiries.

This led to The Utilita Energy Hub being established in the town, which we gladly offered our support to, before taking off as it's own entity ran solely by Utilita. 

 

We helped residents with many different services including:

  • Energy advice

  • Smart meters

  • ECO scheme

  • Priority Services Register 

  • Money-saving benefits

  • Warm Home discount

  • Carbon monoxide awareness

  • Gas safety cooker valves

  • Support from our community partners and other organisations including JRF's Hartlepool Action Lab
